Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items; however, exchange shipping fees will be applied. This includes the cost of returning the item and delivering the new one.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 2 days of the original delivery date.
